Task/Problem Overview
The following knowledgebase article will cover how to duplicate items. This is helpful if you are setting up several items that are the same, however, have slight differences making it easier to set the items up manually.
Item Manager
To duplicate an item you need to be within the item manager.

Go to Inventory > Inventory Manager > Item Manager

Search for the item you want to duplicate and pull it up within the item manager.

Select ‘Actions’

Select ‘Duplicate Item’

Once you’ve confirmed duplicating the item manager will appear with the item # - duplicate

From here you can change what you need to from the item manager.

Once you’ve made your new changes select ‘Save’ to add your new item to your local inventory.
